Coronavirus COVID-19 Information

A Note From Us

CATHOLIC Eldercare is grateful for the opportunity to care for our older adults.  We realize our seniors are most at risk for complications from this virus.  We continue to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).  Our priority is to keep everyone safe and healthy during this public health crisis.

Our Communication Plan

CATHOLIC Eldercare is committed to open, transparent communication.

As information becomes available we communicate using phone calls, emails, our hotline and weekly letters posted to our website.

Following specific guidelines from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), we are notifying residents, their representatives and families of new positive confirmed COVID-19 infection and/or three or more residents or staff with new onset of respiratory symptoms occurring within 72 hours of each other.   This is provided via our hotline (612) 362-2411 which is updated daily by 5 p.m.

As guidelines change our site will be updated accordingly to assure you are receiving proper information.
